Although I am a big Falcon fan I seldom have had the chance to attend any games. Due to my J O B I have always worked weekends...every weekend. In fact I have never been to the GA Dome. I have managed to get to Jacksonville a couple of times when the Falcons played the Jaguars.

Recently my work situation changed and I should have the opportunity to attend some games. In fact I have tickets to game #7 this season. Falcons vs. Browns.

This brings me to my questions.

I understand that parking is a real b***h around the Dome unless you have season passes. Everyone that I know who has ever been to an event at the Dome tell me to use MARTA. Would someone please enlighten me as to how the system works? Coming in from the south(I-75) what is the simplest procedure for getting to the Dome via Marta?

Once at the Dome I have tickets in the nosebleeds, Section 320 row 21. Do the seats really suck or can one at least follow the game fom there.

How early do the gates open?

What should we see/do while there(at the Dome) either before the game of after.

Any help you could give will be welcomed.

If you get there a few hours early, you can easily get a lot adjacent to the Omni hotel a block from the omni (Georgia congress center lot)for $8 or $9.
Can't remember what or which, but it'll be easier than taking MARTA (Ithink) .
Easy 'out' access also.

I am not sure the southernmost Marta station, but check the web and it will tell you. It would be much easier to take Marta, no doubt. The gates open 1 1/2 hours before the game, I think???

you're most welcome to come to lot A to the Falconsroost tailgate. Directions are under tailgate button on the front page. Your seats won't be too bad at all. Also, they have former players and music and stuff at the Falcons landing (is it still called that???) outside upper gates c and d that's pretty nice. Check the Falcons website for that, it gives the info on which players are there under "game day".

Falcon's Landing is now called Comcast Live on the webpage.
